Returns & Shipping
Retail Shipping:
We make every attempt to ship all products purchased on SeaCliffHempNY.com as quickly as possible. In many cases this will be the same day as the order is received pending time the order was received. All retail orders will ship within 2 business days (holidays excluded) and tracking info will be emailed. In the event your order is not shipped within 120 hours due to an act of God, emergency or situation beyond our control, we will refund your money if a revised shipping date is not agreed upon. Sea Cliff Hemp Co. are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered into our system. It is the client’s responsibility to insure shipping address is current and valid.
White label and wholesale order shipping is reliant exclusively on product availability at the time payment is considered paid in full. Shipping generally takes between 1-3 weeks. Sea Cliff Hemp Co. are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. It is the client’s responsibility to insure shipping address is current and valid. Sea Cliff Hemp Co. are not responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address for reasons including, but not limited to, lack of update from client, lost or unseen digital communications, incorrectly entered shipping data. We are not responsible for orders shipped and marked delivered by the carrier that disappear. It is clients responsibility to report damaged packages to the carrier and seek reimbursement. No refunds or replacements of white label or wholesale orders will be offered under any circumstance unless explicitly agreed to by Sea Cliff Hemp Co.
Retail Returns:
Please email seacliffhempny@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received from us and we are more than happy to speak with you! If you wish to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of delivery date, please see our Returns Process below.
Retail Returns Process:
1) Email us at seacliffhempny@gmail.com ASAP to let us know you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day return window so we can provide you with a Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you’ve shipped your product to us – please email the tracking number to seacliffhempny@gmail.com so we can keep track it.
3) Once we receive your package back and confirm it’s condition as unopened, we will issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
4) A RMA (return merchandise authorization) is not required and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you feel the need to talk about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please email us seacliffhempny@gmail.com.
Sea Cliff Hemp Company will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on SeaCliffHempNY.com.
*Please note we do not have a money back guarantee as CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept any product that has been opened or used. Thank you for understanding.
